I have been saddened by the things that are going on in the music industry there are so many talented individuals out here and not enough opportunities to allow them to shine..How can my company make a difference? What can Diamonds In Tha Ruff Inc offer an artist that no other company can? The answer is not as cut and dry as I would like it to be. I know that making a star out of a talented singer/rapper is not that hard but can become difficult when the people that make the decisions are so busy trying to profit off them that the talent and the craft gets lost. I would like to bring back the artist and the talent back to the forefront and leave the rest of the stuff in the background. It will be tough but a necessary shift if talent is to be celebrated again...
